Raleigh-Durham International Airport Holds Customer Service Celebration

RDU Airport, NC – Raleigh-Durham International Airport today began its National Customer Service Week celebration by showcasing airport programs and services that enhance the passenger travel experience.

Over the next two days, RDU employees will be on hand at ExitExpress pay stations to demonstrate to customers how the automated payment program works. Employees will also greet arriving and departing passengers on the concourse to direct them to airline gates, baggage claim and shops and restaurants.

The celebration ends on Thursday when RDU's shops and restaurants will showcase menu items, as well as retail and specialty merchandise. Passengers will also enjoy discounts and special airline and car rental promotions.

The customer service celebration will take place Tuesday and Wednesday from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Thursday 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.
