Raleigh-Durham Airport Authority Highlights Programs as Part of National Customer Service Week

National Customer Service Week at Raleigh-Durham International Airport

Each year, the Raleigh-Durham Airport Authority celebrates National Customer Service Week by highlighting programs that enhance the passenger experience. Authority employees will join airport volunteers to assist arriving and departing passengers and to introduce customers to ExitExpress, the airport’s parking payment program.

On Friday, airlines serving RDU will showcase popular passenger destinations. Shops and restaurants will introduce customers to retail and specialty merchandise and menu specials.
